What we handle
- Confirmations
- Order, booking, registration. The first message a new customer gets from you — it sets the tone for everything after.
- Status updates
- Shipped, delayed, ready for collection. Short, timely, and only when something actually changed.
- Service notices
- Maintenance windows, contract changes, expiring documents. The messages that prevent support calls instead of causing them.
- Reminders people asked for
- Renewals, appointments, deadlines — set up by the recipient, switched off by the recipient.
How we keep it that way
Expected mail stays expected only if the boundary to advertising holds. These rules are what keeps it.
- A status message stays a status message. No offers smuggled in beside the tracking number.
- Advertising needs its own consent — separate from the one for service messages, and separately revocable.
- Every message says what triggered it, so the recipient can tell why it reached them.
- Unsubscribing from advertising never switches off the service messages someone actually needs.
- Lists are cleaned before dispatch, not after the rejections come back.
