Your browser transmits an IP address, a timestamp, the page requested and the browser type. We use it to run and secure the site, delete it within seven days, combine it with nothing and pass it to no one.

Contacting us

Your message and contact details are stored to deal with the matter and answer follow-up questions. Nothing is passed on without your consent; once settled, it is deleted.

Messages we send for clients

The client remains the controller of the recipient data. We act on instruction as a processor, use the data for nothing else and disclose it to no one.

Delivery data

We record whether a message was delivered and whether it was rejected. For service messages this is operationally necessary — an undelivered shipping notice has to be noticed. Billing uses the same figures.

Suppression list

Unsubscribed addresses are kept on a suppression list. That is the precondition for reliable deletion, not its opposite: without the entry we could not tell that you objected.

No cookies, no external resources

Nothing here is loaded from elsewhere: no cookies, no external fonts, no scripts, no counting pixels.

Your rights

You may ask what we hold, have it corrected or erased, limit its use, take it elsewhere, object to processing or withdraw consent — via the address below. A supervisory authority is open to you as well.
