Anti-Spam Policy
Service messages work because people trust them. Unwanted mail destroys that trust for everyone sending over the same systems — which is why it ends the client relationship rather than starting a negotiation.
What we guarantee
- No unsolicited mail leaves our systems, and none is sent through them by anyone else.
- Service consent is never quietly used for advertising. The two are kept apart and can be revoked separately.
- Address data from our programmes is never sold, rented or exchanged.
- Every list is checked for origin before the first dispatch and monitored afterwards.
Where the line is
- Sending to someone whose consent cannot be produced on request.
- Dressing advertising up as a status message so it passes the service-consent barrier.
- Hiding who sends, on whose behalf, or what triggered the message.
- An unsubscribe that fails, is delayed, or is made conditional.
What happens when you report it
- Receipt is confirmed and the mailing traced to the responsible programme.
- On reasonable suspicion that programme stops — before the investigation, not after.
- A confirmed violation ends the client relationship and blocks the affected addresses permanently.
- Blocklist operators use the same address; we answer with the delivery evidence they ask for.
Report unwanted mail
If something reached you from our systems that you did not ask for, send us the full message headers. They identify the sending path beyond doubt and let us act on the right programme.
